Business Book Finalists
Oct 12th, 2007 by John Stodder
Late last month, the six finalists for the Financial Times and Goldman Sachs Business Book of the Year Award were announced. It’s a list that makes you want to send Amazon a couple hundred bucks and plan a retreat on a deserted beach to read them all.
The finalists are:
- Alan Greenspan’s memoir The Age of Turbulence
- Zoom: The Global Race to Fuel the Car of the Future by Iain Carson and Vijay V Vaitheeswaran
- The Last Tycoons: The Secret History of Lazard Frères & Co by William D Cohan
- Immigrants: Your Country Needs Them by Philippe Legrain
- The Black Swan: The Impact of the Highly Improbable by Nassim Nicholas Taleb
- Wikinomics: How Mass Collaboration Changes Everything by Don Tapscott and Anthony D Williams

Hi, thanks for bringing this to my attention. Wikinomics would be my favorite.
I’ve assembled a list of 12 pioneering books on crowdsourcing and open innovation, in which Wikinomics is included too.
